Who do you use to send your parcels?

We use both courier services and Auspost for all our parcel deliveries.Their delivery time frame is 3-5 days. However there are occasional delays in busy periods and global pandemics.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We have a 2-3 day turn around time. All our products are made to order and are made to the highest standards. During busy periods (e.g.. Christmas) allow 2 weeks for your order to be made and sent. Please allow 3-5 days for auspost/couriers  to deliver your items.

Are your candles "Triple Scented"?

It is actually impossible and highly dangerous to triple scent a candle. Soy Wax only holds 10% of fragrance oil per 100g, tripling this to 30% means the fragrance oil will not bind to the wax and has a high chance of catching alight.   If you see a candle business stating their candles are triple scented it is either a marketing ploy to make you pay more money, or a highly dangerous candle. "Triple Scented actually refers to the fragrance notes ie Base, Middle and Top notes.

There is a fragrance I want in melts but you don't have it, can you get it for me?

Absolutely! Send through an email and we can order in the fragrance oil for you and make you up a custom pack! additional charges apply.

Are your candles/melts/reed diffusers safe around pets?

We want your fur babies to be 100% safe around our products, so we do not use any essential oils that affect pets in our product. If you are using candles please make sure they are out of the way from your furry friends and NEVER leave a lit candle unattended.
