RULES AND REGULATIONS DURING COVID-19
UPDATE 2/8: Due to the stay at home order Imposed by the NSW Government in hope to contain the spread of Covid-19 we will not be attending any markets until Further notice.
Our website is available 24/7 and we will have shipping and contactless click & collect is still available.
If collecting your order, please ensure to wait for your collection email prior to coming in. Orders with no collection email will NOT BE AVAILABLE for pick up.
All customers are required to wear masks and social distance when visiting our warehouse.
We thank everyone for understanding that these are the procedures we need to follow to assure the safety of all of our staff and other customers. We thank you all for the support during these difficult times here in Sydney and throughout the country!
ORDERING PROCESSES & TIMES
Due to the increased volume of orders, we have had to enforce some changes to our ordering process.
Our temporary processing time for orders is between 4-6 business days (excluding shipping). Once ready for shipping or collection, an email will be sent from our courier or dispatch team to advise its status. Please not Shipping labels are printed in advance with your packing slips to help speed up our turn around times.
NO PRIORITY ORDERS
Due to our extended processing times, we are NOT ABLE TO PROCESS PRIORITY ORDERS at this time.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE ON DELIVERIES
In accordance with the Government’s guidelines on social distancing, we strongly recommend that “Authority to Leave” is selected for deliveries. This ensures contactless delivery for the safety our customers and courier personnel. If you have specific limitations to the delivery time or location of your order, please include them in the customers notes and our courier partners will endeavour to follow your delivery requirements as best as possible.
Collect in store is still available but PLEASE WAIT FOR YOUR COLLECTION EMAIL from our dispatch team before coming in.
You will not be able to pick up your order unless you’ve received an email stating it is ready for collection. Our workers are striving to complete orders by date placed as swiftly as possible, and will not be able to complete orders out of line.
If you are picking up multiple orders, please notify the staff upon arrival.
We are unable to merge/add on orders at this time. Shipping will be applicable on subsequent orders and all orders will be shipped as separate consignments.
We understand the importance of timing for you and our team are working diligently to complete every order in a timely manner.
We thank your patience and understanding during this time.
We are currently experiencing an increase in demand for our products, so some items may be temporarily out of stock.
Due to the effects of the Covid-19 Pandemic internationally, this has unfortunately impacted both our suppliers and logistics in replenishing stock levels for certain products. Rest assured, that your favourite products have been re-ordered, but we do anticipate delays with the delivery of goods. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this period.
